Dr. Jackson is the author of The Win-Win Workplace: How Thriving Employees Drive Bottom-Line Success, a New York Times, USA Today, and Los Angeles Times bestseller.
The book presents a research-informed, systems-level framework showing how expanding agency strengthens retention, innovation, and long-term organizational resilience.
Her research draws on data from more than 1,200 organizations and has been refined through real-world implementation with senior leaders across sectors and through the Win-Win Workplace Summit.

Prior Leadership

Earlier in her career, she held senior global roles at Viacom and Nokia.
